I have Version 3.50. But when I try to install the Flow Chart Library I get the message ” … nee a higher Version. Highest Version is installed. Can you help me?

Hello, I just tried to download the Flow Chart Library on ForeUI Store, and it worked fine. I have no idea why you met that message. If by any chance your ForeUI version is not recognized, you can try re-installing it to fix it, overwriting the current install directory should be fine.
