Under the Widgets there are a couple of “Tabs” I can use them except that I can not find any examples. Can someone tell me how to move between tabs and change the content please ?

To switch tab in editing phase, you can press the buttons in the floating tool pane:
To change content for different tab, you need to handle the “Selection Changed” event and show / hide some of its content.
We’ve planned to enhanced the Tabs element to be a real container, when it is done, you will be able to drag different contents into differnt tabs, that will be much easier to use.
