Page management won’t let me delete a page from my plot. What can I do?

Also, it will not allow me to use the up and down keys to move the imported pages.

Hi Tammy, maybe there are some wrong data in the page, and we need more information to confirm it.

Ok, I just sent the plot. My email address is tswain@dds.ga.gov. The plot is called OnlineServices.4ui.
