I like the new ability to change the row colours in the table element!

Could you make it possible to also change the colour of the selected row? Right now it’s blue, but that doesn’t really fit in our design…

Yes that will be useful, just add this to our todo list.

Bump – same for List, Tree, Menu (anything that has a selection) please!

  1. Or having a checkbox like 'Show Current Selection' - I use tables for layout of text and don't want to show a line as highlighted if they click on it for some unknown reason.
  2. You can use actions to achieve this. Just handle the "Selection Changed" event and clear the selection with action.
  3. Cheers, that does the job.

You mentioned ‘clearing the selection with action’. What steps would a user take in the Behavior actions to change the color of the selected row (as the user scrolls through the table)?

  1. Hi Ben, the trick that clearing the selection with action is for "don't want to show a line as highlighted if they click on it for some unknown reason", and it doesn't change the color of selected row. Instead it unselect the row immediately so the table looks like unselectable.

If you wish to change the color of selected row (for tree, table, list, menu etc.), you can use the UI theme editor (<a href="http://www.foreui.com/store/view.php?id=20&quot; rel="nofollow">http://www.foreui.com/store/view.php?...</a>) to customize your own theme.
