Table element: Adjust cell padding

In another thread Xavier wrote:

“The table cell will reserve 10 pixels for left pading and another 10 pixels for right padding, so to hold a 16×16 icon, the column width should be at least 36 pixels width.”

Then please add the ability to change the cell padding in the table element.

• The minimum solution is to let the user change the cell padding for the entire table
• The better solution is to let the user change the cell padding for the entire table or a specific column
