I know that this is probably the wrong place for this issue but I’m running out of ideas.

I haven’t purchased the product yet but am seriously considering to do that.

However, the default trial period has extended and I really need some more time.

Now I have tried requesting an extension using the link “…. However I’ve had no reply.

I’ve also tried emailing both and

Unfortunately all emails to these addresses are returned undelivered.

Can you please let me know if you can extend the trial period for me please?

Again, I’m really interested in purchasing your product. I just need a bit more time.

Hi Peter, our database shows that your trial extend request has been approved on 2010-11-23. You should have received an email with the trial license key attached, please make sure you have checked your junk mail folder.

If you can not find that email, please use another mailbox to send mail to and we will resend your key. You can apply for an AOL, Yahoo or Hotmail mail account to contact us.
