the action “operate on element” with “change text” in step 2 delets the note if edit.

Thanks for reporting. This is submitted as Bug_0315:

Bug_0315: Editing any node in action editor will remove its note.

We will fix it in next minor update (V2.806).

This bug is fixed in newly released V2.806.
