In the Tools area you can change the “BgColor” of a Window element, but that also changes the color of the frame and the window title bar.
I just want to change the color of the “Client Area”.
And that is exactly what you can do in the UI Theme Editor by changing the ClientArea Background Color.
Can you add this to the Tools area or change the current behaviour of the BgColor attribute?

We have ever considered this. The reason that we didn’t do it is the potential need to change the color of window title bar. We will consider adding a new color chooser for client area.
Meanwhile grouping a rectangle in desired color with the Window element may be a workaround.
