It would be useful (if it is possible) for you to publish the format used for themes. This way, users could create their own theme styles.
With the coming release of Windows 7, this theme would need to be includes as would the themes for GNOME of KDE (Linux) and perhaps even the iPhone and Android.
Are you using a proprietary format or something like SVG?

The theme format is proprietary. Developing new theme is easy for us but will be difficult for others.
We will develop new themes latter, the next one is most possibly Windows 7. About iPhone, we are considering whether to provide it as a theme or a set of elements.
