Currently, at least on the Mac, ForeUI stores all custom elements and libraries in the /users/username/.foreui directory.
While this scheme keeps custom elements safe from future upgrades, it does not allow people to easily share their custom libraries unless someone makes a copy of this hidden directory.
One idea is to offer an “Export Custom Library” feature that packages this directory into a format that allows the library to be shared between users regardless of their platform.

Good idea. Acutally we almost have this feature ready, the library can be packed as an .fcl file and shared on community site, and can be extracted after downloaded from the site. We should be able to provide this feature with a little work.
