I would like to be able to name the objects instead of using the generated names. It would make reading the actions easier especially when you are referencing multiple objects of the same type (ie groups).

We’ve planned to implement a new feature which allow you to assign the alias for element. If the alias is set, you will not see the auto generated id in the behavior tree. It is just alias but I think it will meet your requirement.
