Background image for the plot

Is it possible to add background image to the page?

If the background image smaller than the plot page, then the image can auto tile, rather than using multiple image widget to similate image tiling on the background.

Best to place this capability in the Plot Configure dialog box, where we can choose the background image from our local disk.

I trying to prototype a webpage, where the page has a background image tiled across the whole page, something we see commonly on web.
