Imagebox element background color no longer renders in v2.47

Imagebox element background color no longer rendered after change from 2.45 to v2.47. Not sure if this was intentional or not, but the background when changed to a color other than the default does not render. The image shoes, but the blank area surround the image no longer changes color. Used this to draw attention to certain icons, no longer able to do so under 2.47.
